I keep getting the following error message:<\/em><\/p>\n<pre><em>\"Connection Error- The application you are trying to open is currently unavailable\"<\/em><\/pre>\n<p><em>If I logon on to the desktop without using application link, I can run the program from the run prompt using the same text string and it works. \u00a0Any ideas?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The short answer is that ThinManager will function properly using Citrix in a ThinManager environment via Windows Server 2008R2. \u00a0<\/strong><strong>Please see the enclosed link for tech notes regarding getting ThinManager and Citrix:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thinmanager.com\/kb\/index.php\/Xen_App_6_Fundamentals\">http:\/\/www.thinmanager.com\/kb\/index.php\/Xen_App_6_Fundamentals<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>-TM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>_________________ \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><em>I had initially downloaded a demo version of ThinManager to run it in a test environment with our current HMI and system architecture and have decided to move forward with full deployment but I&#8217;m having some issues with applying my new license. \u00a0How do I navigate between the demo license, product license, and master license?<\/em><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong>Please see the License Activation Article on the ThinManager Knowledge Base for details<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>on how to license and activate the software. You will need to Create a<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Master License, Populate it with your Product License, then activate:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thinmanager.com\/kb\/index.php\/License_Activation\">http:\/\/www.thinmanager.com\/kb\/index.php\/License_Activation<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-TM \u00a0<\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>________________ \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><em>We are looking into using the <a title=\"TermSecure\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thinmanager.com\/products\/termsecure.php\" target=\"_blank\">TermSecure<\/a> functionality in ThinManager 6.0 and wanted to layer in RFID cards\/ Proximity cards for engineer logins on the floor of our facility. \u00a0Are\u00a0there any hardware manufacturers or card types you would recommend that would work well with ThinManager and not require additional configuration beyond standard Plug &amp; Play?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>We currently support the RF readers listed here:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thinmanager.com\/kb\/index.php\/RF-ID_Readers\">http:\/\/www.thinmanager.com\/kb\/index.php\/RF-ID_Readers<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"RFIdeas\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rfideas.com\" target=\"_blank\">RFIdeas<\/a> are our current hardware partner, but you should be able to use any login devices that are compatible with the RFIdeas readers. \u00a0In this case RFIdeas would know better what cards their hardware would support.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-TM<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>_________________ \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>I am trying to setup a terminal, with 2 separate clients.\u00a0 The first client is running a Rockwell FT View SE client from a server.\u00a0 The second client is a workstation (PC).\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>When configuring the terminal, I can only setup a single user login.\u00a0 I setup the login to our server application.\u00a0 As a result, I have to perform a manual login to the workstation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Is it possible to specify two separate logins within the ThinManager terminal configuration so that I can have the client automatically login to both sessions?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>You need to setup an override.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Double click on your terminal &gt;
